A short puzzle for those caching in Victory Park.
Islander was walking in Victory Park, enjoying a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. "A cool drink would be good on a day like this," he thought to himself as he found a bench and sat in the shade. A friend had suggested finding a cache in the park, and was supposed to send him the waypoint. Suddenly his phone rang, but when he answered, instead of a voice he was greeted with a series of pulses. Grabbing a pencil, he jotted them down.
