Camer Park Camer Park is comprised of 45 acres of designated Area Outstanding Natural Beauty (AoNB). Following the death of its last resident, the Camer estate was sold to Strood Rural District Council in 1967 and converted to a public park in 1971.
Gravesham Borough Council are supporting this CITO and many thanks goes to Stuart Alford who has helped us organise this prestigious Geocaching Event.
The event starts at 7:30am and finishes at 11:30am on Saturday 3rd May 2014. The Council will collect the filled rubbish bags at 12pm.
Cachers should wear old clothing or clothing that they don't mind getting grubby. Thick protective gloves are advisable when picking up rubbish.
Joe and I will be waiting for you at the car park with refuse sacs for you to fill. There will be a log book for you to sign in aswell.
This event is designed for cachers to put something back into the Community and Countryside. It is expected that cachers attending contribute for a reasonable amount of time.
We look forward to seeing you there.
ps There is a coffee shop on site for refreshments.
