Celebrating Groundspeaks 12th Annual CITO Weekend SCGA style!

In recognition of Groundspeak's International "Cache In Trash Out" weekend, GeoCachers around the Globe will join forces to beautify our GeoCache friendly parks, streams and green areas by removing offensive garbage and litter so carelessly left behind.
Hello my fellow SpaceCoasters: it's that time of year again for us to give back to Brevard County Parks and Recreation for allowing us to place caches in all their county parks. While you're making up your mind whether to attend or not, try to imagine caching on the Space Coast without ALL these beautiful parks....so please c'mon out and lend a hand. It's a good thing :-)

Our event, in South Titusville, will go from 5:30-6:30 p.m. We'll have lots of water on hand. Please bring goves and grabbers if you have them. If not we'll have a few available.

"Park with no Name" is one of Brevard's newest parks and part of their waterfront preservation initiative. I called to see if perhaps a name had been selected and was told not as of yet. It is located across from El Lioncito (great place for a CITO eh!!!). There is plenty of parking and a small pavilion with a picnic table.....that's about all, it's a tiny little park just north of Cheney (HWY 50) on the water.
