This is a quick cache at the Southbound Ripley Services on this section of the A3, fully named the Ripley By-Pass. It is located at the end of the parking out of the way.
The A3, known as the Portsmouth Road for much of its length, is a trunk road in Southern England, connecting London to Portsmouth. The Ripley by-pass opened in February 1976. The original A3 was downgraded to the B2215.
The cache can only be accessed from the southbound carriageway however there are junctions not too far away for switching directions if you so wish. Stealth may be required at busy times.
I hope you enjoy the cache whether you are breaking up a journey/commute or just one of many for the day.
The cache is a watertight klip lock 3.4l container, big enough for all sorts of trackables . Please make sure the lid is secured and it is hidden away when replaced.
