Geocache Description:

I built this cell site tower in 1996.  One of 56 built that year for this carrier that was brand new to the US at the time.  It is built beside what used to be the old Park Road that was routed under an old wooden train trestle.  The new Park Road is to the west.

These coordinates will get you within 10 to 15 feet.  Bring your own writing utencil.

The cache blends in with the terrain.  No other hints.
