The Event will start at 9:00 a.m. at the Cornell High School IMC room. We have access to a Smart Board and open WiFi internet. A custodian will be there to help out in any way.

The first 10 Geocachers that bring in at least 4 geocache containers they have made in whole or by modification (modified bison tube with a special attachment for hiding or camouflage) will get a gift donated by Chippewa Valley Electric.

It doesn't matter if you bring in 1, 4 or more geocache containers because one really unique homemade or modified caches could win the grand prize chosen by your votes.

I want us to display the materials and containers we use. Team Northwoods will demonstrate how to make bottle cap caches and will have some supplies so you can make your own. I invite others to do the same if they wish to make some containers or bring some supplies to do so. If someone needs help trying to remedy a cache style, make new kinds of caches, look for suggestions on what cache you should use in that perfect location you already have picked out, or maybe get leads on new ideas. There will never be a better time to do it.

Donated items for raffle or prizes would be very much appreciated. I am only one geocacher and any help would be appreciated.

Tables will be setup for Pot luck with outlets for hot dishes and crocks. Pot luck will start at noon. Bring your own drink or drinks to share are always appreciated.

Event needs to be cleared out by 3:00 p.m. and then the geocaching can begin.

There is an abundance of caches in the area available for some smileys before or after the event.

Please suggest ideas by writing notes at the bottom or messaging me and let's make this event a great and fun opportunity.
