Kanne und Siki: Dieser Cache ist nun schon relativ lange "temporär nicht verfügbar". Auf die Bitte, den Cache zu warten / wieder zu aktivieren, wurde leider nicht reagiert. Deshalb erfolgt heute die Archivierung dieses Caches, d.h. er wird nicht länger auf den Listen auffindbarer Geocaches geführt.

Sollten sich neue Aspekte ergeben, nimm bitte Verbindung mit einem Reviewer auf. Die Archivierung läßt sich innerhalb von drei Monaten wieder rückgängig machen, wobei jedoch nochmals die Abstandsprüfung ausgeführt wird. Das kann im Extremfall heißen, daß es inzwischen einen neueren Cache in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt und dein Cache deshalb nicht wieder freigegeben werden kann.

Geocache Description:

TB-Hostel Bargteheide | A1, A21, B404, E22

Welcome. The TB-Hostel is nearby the parking place of motorway interchange called "Bargteheide". It's named after the nearest large city which is just four kilometers away.

General Information about Bargteheide
Bargteheide (first known in year 1314) is a small town in the northernmost state of Germany, Schleswig-Holstein. It's located in the administrative district Stormarn and has a population of 15,528 people. You see the emblem on the right.

Three interesting facts about Bargteheide
1) It's a modern town without any debts (in whole state of Schleswig-Holstein!).
2) Hollywood star David Kross is from here and perfomed his first acting roles in the Bargteheide theatre.
3) The town is almost the half of the distance Hamburg to Lubeck.

... some people asked why it's a hostel:
Well, there exists only one free room for all the guests – and hostel-guests tell best stories, don't they?

Finding the cache
There is a waypoint to find the (large) parking place. That's the place where usually car sharing happens, so it's likely that other people are in cars or on the place during your visit. Please be careful to protect the caches hiding place.

Trackable trading
On your current journey you might have travelled with some trackables and want to drop some off now - or you are a local and want to get some TBs for the next event. Whatever the reason is – we pave the way ;-) !
Just change some trackables and drive with new stories to your destination. If you're not a traveller it doesn't matter - you're always welcome! Just take care by finding and hiding the cache - stealth is required. The hint could help you.
