Geocache Description:

If you can rhyme with cow you can say row. The name was derived after two men got into a dispute over grazing rights. Originally a railway hauling logs and passengers to Disston, it was acquired by BLM and developed into a walking, biking and horseback trail. The route is designated Oregon’s Covered Bridges Scenic Bikeway.
