This challenge cache IS at the posted coordinates. You can sign the log any time but must meet the listed requirements before logging your find.
This is to encourage more cachers out there to make their milestone caches a little more special. I have been collecting different icons for my milestones and have accumulated 9 in total. (I'm planning on going for 10 but for the sake of this challenge we'll just use 9 
)
*Update* On 9/4/2014 I finally got my 10th Milestone Icon, Hamcams!
For the purposes of this challenge, a MILESTONE qualifies as any find in increments of a HUNDRED.
To qualify for this challenge, you must have found at least 9 different icons of any type for your milestones. I don't expect you to have to wait every 1000 or 10,000 finds if you have a high find count. Any program or statistics generator that shows them in increments of 100 will do just fine. Please show some form of proof that each of your 9 icons was a milestone.

As per Groundspeak rules, and my own personal belief, there are no date restrictions, so you may already qualify. If not then it's time to start planning your milestone finds strategically!
