Geocache Description:

Manor Farm Country Park, formerly Upper Hamble Country Park, runs along the west bank of the River Hamble between the villages of Botley and Bursledon and It is a Local Nature Reserve, so we thought what better place to send you on an adventure.

This is one of 6 of our Cache's that we have cleverly placed around Hampshire's National Parks. SO COME AND HAVE FUN!

Placed with the kind permission of Manor Farm and Country Park.

We set off in our little pink car to Manor Farm Country Park. We parked in the car park by Barnfield and had fun on the playtrail. We followed the muddy path down towards the woods and decided on the easy access trail signposted by yellow markers. In front you will see a beautiful view of the river. Take the path that leads to the left and follow this for a while. The path will take a slight incline but not enough to make you work up a sweat. Soon you will see some steps that lead down to a wooden bridge over a smaller stream. Watch out for the weather as if it has rained a lot it may be quite slippery) Once on the other side follow the steps back up until you get to on opening of trees, take the path that bears to the left. Walk bout 20 steps and on the right you will find our Cache in amongst the shrubbery.
