Medium sized container a short distance off road. Please note coordinates listed are the first stage. The first stage container holds the coordinates for the cache a short distance away. First stage container is a small plastic cylinder inside a native plant item.
This is the second cache placed by our Girl Scout troop during a geocaching find and hide lesson. Unfortunately due to State Trust Land restrictions we had to move it. Cache contains cache in - cache out containers created by our troop. While on our outing we collected and hauled out all the trash we could place in our bag. Unfortunately we also discovered wildcat dump items we could not remove.....(good lesson on disrespect of this beautiful area and what not to do ). We hope you enjoy finding the cache because we had fun hiding it. Cache is just off the road in rocky outcropping. Road in does not require high clearance. First and second stage are short walk from each other and the parking spot. Cache is easily accessible but a very short climb is required. As always watch out for pokey things and desert critters. The snakes are starting to come out so please be aware of your surroundings. Please replace as you found it.
