We suggest you an adventure in the Vieux Lyon which purpose is to make you discover and cross some traboules and some remarkable places.
Warning: the traboules are usually opened everyday between 7 am and 7/8 pm, including Saturdays and highdays.
A propros de l'aventure :
Cette aventure se réalise en un peu moins d'une heure si on ne s'en tient qu'à la cartouche. Bien sûr si vous prennez le temps d'apprécier les lieux il faudra prévoir un peu plus.
Au cours de votre visite, diverses questions sur les lieux seront posées. Suivez les indications données par les personnages et les tâches a réaliser et observez bien les lieux. Vous ne serez aucunement pénalisés si vous donnez des réponses incorrectes.
Si elles sont closes, certaines traboules peuvent être dévérouillées en appuyant le bouton central des interphones.

About the adventure :
This tour can be done in a bit less than one hour if we stick to the cartridge. If you take the time to make the most of the Vieux Lyon, you will need some more time of course.
Serveral questions on the places will be asked to drive this tour. Follow the guidelines given by the characters and tasks, and look carefully the places. You won't be penalized for wrong answers.
If closed, some traboules can be unlocked by pushing the central button on the intercoms.

Du latin "ambulare" qui signifie "passer à travers", les traboules de Lyon vous invitent à la flânerie. Elles permettent de passer d'une rue à l'autre à travers les cours d'immeubles. Elles pouvaient servir à rejoindre plus rapidement la Saône et à transporter de la marchandise: par exemple, les Canuts se servaient des traboules de la Croix-Rousse pour acheminer la soie. À Lyon, on dénombre environ 500 traboules dont 215 dans le Vieux Lyon! Les traboules du Vieux Lyon datent de la Renaissance et ont été construites suivant le modèle du patio romain, avec ses galeries et le puits dans la cour.

From the latin word "ambulare" meaning "going through", the traboules of Lyon encourage you to stroll. They allowed people to go from a street to another by crossing indoor courtyards. They were also usefull to reach the Saône faster and convey some goods: for example, the Canuts used the traboules of la Croix-Rousse to carry silk. In Lyon, there are about 500 traboules among which 215 in the Vieux Lyon! The traboules of the Vieux Lyon date from the Renaissance and where built by following the roman patio pattern, with its galleries and wells in the indoor courtyard.
Cartouche Wherigo: téléchargement et validation .
1 - Rendez-vous sur la page Wherigo de la cartouche de jeu.
2 - Connectez-vous avec vos identifiants Geocaching.
3 - Vous pourrez alors télécharger le jeu pour un Garmin compatible ou pour un smartphone en sélectionnant "Pocket PC device".
4 - Transférez la cartouche sur votre support de jeu. Si vous avez un smartphone, il faudra posséder l'application officielle Wherigo ou l'application non-officielle WhereYouGo et déposer le fichier téléchargé dans le répertoire de l'application.
5 - A la fin de la cartouche, vous aurez un spoiler et un hint sur la position de la cache. Vous aurez également un code de validation qu'il faudra saisir sur la page Wherigo de cette cartouche afin d'attester officiellement votre réussite de la cartouche. En effet, la cache peut éventuellement être trouvée par hasard sans avoir joué la cartouche.
Remarque: par soucis de compatibilité sur les différents supports, les textes ne comporteront aucuns caractères spéciaux, y compris les accents. Nous nous excusons pour la gène de lecture occasionnée.
Wherigo cartridge : download and completion .
1 - Go to this cartridge Wherigo webpage.
2 - Log in with your Geocaching identifiers.
3 - You can now download the game for a compatible Garmin or for a smartphone by choosing "Pocket PC device".
4 - Transfer the cartridge on your device. If you have a smartphone, you will need to have the official application Wherigo or the non-official one WhereYouGo and then put the downloaded file in the application directory.
5 - At the end of the cartridge, you'll get a spoiler and hint of the cache exact site. You will also get a completion code that you will have to use on this cartridge Wherigo website to officially prove your success. Indeed, anyone may find this cache by chance without playing the cartridge.
