Since 2007, every winter/spring a much anticipated event takes place in Edmonton. This event is called 'Cache and Release Winter' or CARW. A hundred or more caches are published at the same time and groups of geocachers venture out to find as many as possible within a 24 hour period. It is not unheard of for some of the more dedicated cachers to spend the entire 24 hours seeking out new caches until they have all been found.
This cache is dedicated to the people that host the event and also to those who participate in it.
To log this challenge you must meet the following criteria:
Log at least 10 caches with each of the following numbers in the title; 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. This is not based on a specific list of geocaches, such as those placed by a specific person or group, but it is based on specific numbers that appear in the title. To reiterate, caches found DO NOT need to be CARW caches. Any cache with those numbers in the title will be counted towards successfully logging the cache.
So at this point you will need to find 10 caches for every year suffix, ie. 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
It is not required that you post the cache #s for every cache found.Although, I will review your finds to confirm that you have indeed found the necessary caches required. In keeping with the name of the cache, please write about your favourite CARW memory in your cache log. (this is not a requirement of logging the cache)
