Just beyond the end of the developed section of the Illinois Bayou Park trail, but along the undeveloped continuation of the trail, you will find another geocache just waiting for you.
This one is in a secluded spot, but since it is close to the trail, you could still have a muggle or two pass by. So be wary while you search for the cache.
You are looking for a military decon kit. After you find it, be sure to push down on the lid firmly all the way around its edges to make sure it is tightly sealed, to keep the contents nice and dry, and ready for the next cache hunter. Good luck!
