This is a simple cache at The Settlement, formerly known as The Skittles Inn. The cache is NOT inside the building or the gardens.

This is one of 100+ caches that I adopted from local Letchworth cacher rollerron. For posterity I have preserved the original cache description as follows:
The building that this cache brings you to was Letchworth Garden City's "pub with no beer"! The Skittles Inn was designed by Raymond Unwin and Barry Parker for use as a non-licensed public house. It opened on the 8th March 1907. The Skittles Inn served non alcoholic apple wine, hot chocolate, tea and Sarsaparilla (a soft drink made from the Smilax regelii plant).
