Great location for a cache. The old one was just archived so we will take it upon ourselves to ensure that this one remains. Most of the lyrics seems relevant, particularly the first (the corner is where the cache is hidden) and the last (the ladies, they rolled their eyes are my wife and oldest daughter when they hear I am going out on another cache run).
Growing up just outside of Manhattan, New York, I had the pleasure of seeing him in concert a few times. He was considered the "Pope of New York" (in all the positive ways that denotes) and was a great driver of mixing a gritty, urban sound in rock-and-roll with elegant story-telling, frequently as an "Unreliable Narrator". More info is available at the link or all across the Internet.
Please be sure to replace the container and camoflauge exactly as it is hidden since this is a high-traffic area. Do not grab if there are homeless around. Please use the hint to narrow in on it quickly if you do not have confidence in your geo-senses. If you have suggestions for a better hide style in this area, feel free to let me know in an email/message in case I need to replace the original one. You will need to bring your own writing instrument. Be sure to close the cache carefully so it does not get filled with water.
