This cache is quite near Castleton and could be accessed from Castleton if wanted. It's easily accessible via lanes. You could also start the series from here , parking in Castleton
This walk is about four miles long taking about three hours in total at a medium pace. Begin your walk with coffee in Hope , lunch in Castelton And tea back in Hope- the perfect walk !
The walk is on the level with no major climbs although there are several styles en route. It is mainly through fields with stunning views of Mam Tor and Win Hill and along lanes. Dogs will need to be kept on a lead as many of the fields are full of sheep. The walk is along footpaths that are clearly signposted . It can be very muddy in wet weather but not impassable.
Thiis geocache is the third cache , in a small plastic container not far off the path so watch for muggles and please conceal again after you have found it
