Logging this cache is a rewarding experience, taking you through diverse ecosystems and culmunating near the top of the Little Berg.
This geocache is just off the main trail accessing the Champagne Castle hiking area. Parking is at the Monks Cowl KZN Parks Board Station and an entry fee is payable and fit hikers will require approx. 1.5 to 2 hour to walk from the park to the cache. A relatively large container, there aren't that many places to hide it at this location. The koppie-top nearby offers a 360 degree view of the Drakensberg and foothills.
