On May 3rd, 2000, one day after the great blue switch was thrown, Dave Ulmer hid the first geocache. It is now 5000 days since that first cache was hidden. Come celebrate with us as we gather to remember that historic day.
We all know Geocaching is not about the numbers, but about the friends you make along the way. This event is being hosted by 2 good friends, Andy and Andrew-CP590 and Eyedoc.
This is a good excuse to get out on a cold winter night, hangout with friends, chat about your favorite caches, have some good food and dessert, trade some travel bugs and tell what Geo-Santa got you for the holidays.
