This is the first cache in a small series of 8 around one of our favourite short walks which without caches takes about one hour. The Glen section may be short but it is stunningly beautiful all year round and the properties that you pass along the way have a certain charm, you may even see one of the Island’s steam trains as you pass between cache numbers 3 and 4. Whilst there is quite a bit of road walking most of it is on quiet country lanes, except for the short section along the A25, be careful here!
All the caches in the series are straight forward, don’t be put off by the unknown, Mystery / ? caches, they are our favourite type of mystery, just pick the details up for them in caches number 4 and 5, nothing could be easier. This series is all about the walk and is designed more for beginners.
