The pier is 1.3 miles long and is only accessible via a steel staircase, see photo.
Climbing is involved and is not for the faint hearted. You are advised to not attempt the climb alone or in wet/windy conditions and it is not suitable for young children. Attempting this cache is entirely at your own risk.
For us this is what geocaching is all about – being taken on an adventure to somewhere you wouldn’t have usually gone, where you will face personal challenges and enjoy a new exploring experience. For some this will and already has proved that you CAN face your fears AND enjoy it!!

The pier is regularly used by local fishermen and urban explorers. Parking is easy at the Morrisons supermarket with a 5 minute walk crossing the main road to GZ or at The Lobster Smack, taking a sea wall stroll to the jetty.
You are looking for a small container. You will need to bring your own pen.
Don't forget to bring your camera!
The cache itself will be a very easy find ......... Pier Pressure is all about the journey!
