Looking for something to do on December 23rd? Then come on out to Infinito's Pizza at lunch time, and join us for a Festivus celebration. What better place to have a feast then at an all you can eat Pizza Buffet. Here is your big chance to "Air your Grievances" (caching-related of course) and to challenge your fellow Geocacher's to a thumb-wrestling "Feat of Strength," to show who is the strongest! There might even be a traditional Festivus Pole at the Event!
So wrap up all your shopping (a "Festivus Miracle"?), and come join us at the BEST Festivus Event Ever!
WHAT IS FESTIVUS?
Festivus is celebrated on December 23rd, as way to commemorate the holiday season, without participating in its pressures and commercialism. It has also become part of worldwide pop culture, since 1997, after being featured on an episode of the American TV show Seinfeld. The holiday's celebration, included an unadorned aluminum "Festivus Pole," with such practices as the "Airing of Grievances" and "Feats of Strength" during the "Festivus Dinner," and the labeling of easily explainable events as "Festivus Miracles."
