Minutes of meetings {These are held at The Methodist Chapel,Main Street, Yaxley) date from 1900.
Although their are no mention of meetings during the 1st World War there are interesting items from meetings during the 2nd World War.
These include the fact that there were 26 evacuees attending the Sunday School and that 586 woolen comforts had been made and sent to members of the forces by 29th January, 1941.
In January, 1977 it was agreed the Chapel was in such bad repair that the expense would be to costly and it was agreed that the Chapel should be sold.
