The site is easy to find and access. The cache lies amongst "old news" in the grounds of a popular public building which is well worth visiting. This is a replacement cache. I think the original was found by workmen who were tending to the relic. This container is larger than the previous one and would not fit in the exact same spot, so I have put it nearby and it is not as well hidden. When replacing please put it out of sight as best you can.
