Another of the Tweezer Pleaser caches placed by one of the NeoGeoHams. These are all nano sized containers that can be hidden in small spaces. Expect to need an extraction tool and certainly a writing device to log your visit.
Be prepared to write small. Be sure to seal the container up properly so it can stay dry.
This is a park and is only open during daylight hours. You can park on the street (on the side by the river only) close to the cache. The area is low and can flood so access may sometimes be limited. Geese also frequent the area so watch for "Goose Bombs".
This is also a nice place to just sit and watch the river go by.
