På vintern är Lida ett av de bästa ställena i stor-Stockholm för längdskidåkning. Spårområdet Lida-Harbo-Brantbrink innefattar 35 km skidspår. Det finns rundbanor från 800 meter till 17,9 km.

During winter Lida is one of the best places in Stockholm for cross country skiing. The track system Lida-Harbo-Brantbrink includes 35 km of skiing tracks. There are different courses from 800 meters to 17,9 km.
