Welcome to the 60th Hampshire Monthly Mid-Week Cache Event.
The venue is The Angel, Gosport Rd, Privett, GU34 3NN on Wednesday 11th December 2013.
(This can be found right on the A32, about 1 mile north of its crossroads with the A272 at West Meon Hut)
This is your chance to talk caching, eat caching, and drink caching, all in one evening!
With an expected attendance of around 90 - 100 cachers, there will be plenty of opportunity to swop tall caching stories with others, and pump puzzle cache owners for hints to some of their more devious hides.
We have the exclusive use of a large Function Room which should hold 60 seated/100 standing.
It would be sensible for those wishing to eat to take their meal in the bar or restaurant areas before going through to the Function Room.
The pub offers an excellent menu with a well recommended and extremely cheap carvery.
The famous wooden chest will be available for the dropping off, swapping and discovering of Geocoins and Travel Bugs.
As it is the Christmas Meet, there will be a very large raffle with 30 to 40 prizes on offer, probably totalling around £300 in value.
That should be enough to tempt a few people into coming along!
Those of you who have attended previous Hampshire events will not need reminding to bring enough change to get plenty of tickets!
If you have not been to an Event Cache before, then do please feel especially free to come along.
If you would like to experience something different, and have the chance to meet other cachers, then don't worry that you might not know anybody there.
We don't bite, and you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome!
