Another of the Tweezer Pleaser caches placed by one of the NeoGeoHams. These are all nano sized containers that can be hidden in small spaces. Expect to need an extraction tool and certainly a writing device to log your visit.
Be prepared to write small. Be sure to seal the container up properly so it can stay dry.
This is a park and is only open during daylight hours. The bike path is paved and can be busy at times so watch for muggles. The surrounding area is low and can flood so access may sometimes be limited.
This can be approached from the Silver Lake side by parking near the baseball field behind city hall. You could also park in Waterworks park on the other side of the Cuyahoga River and approach from there. It's a nice ride or walk from either place but the Waterworks Park side is closer.
