Brethren Historic Cemetery Traditional Cache

There is one small place to park right in front of the gate. Be careful pulling out onto West Fork Rd. when you leave. I would recommend backing in if you can to make the exit easier.

Tombstones in the right rear (southwest) section of Brethren Cemetery came from the former Ebenezer Cemetery and represent about 100 original stones and 530 graves. Ebenezer Cemetery is the present site of Oak Hills Methodist Church at 6069 Bridgetown Rd 3 miles south of here. All of the burials remain under and around the church and there is nothing left on the church grounds to show that there was ever a cemetery there.
