As usual, visiting times are dawn to dusk.
Bring your own writing stick, and
an extraction tool will be needed.
This cache is placed in a VERY HIGH MUGGLE AREA.
There have been many caches placed in this areas and many have failed.
I tried to made these quick finds so you could find, sign, and vanish.
