Penny’s Travel Bug Hotel South
Penny has expanded her Cocoon Hotel’s Southward and opened a travel bug hotel. This cache has been placed with permission. It will cost you $1.00 to get through the toll bridge onto Pensacola Beach.
This TB Hotel is a place where lost and weary caching travel bugs can stay safely within the confines of her cocoon. The 1.5 difficulty is because of the high muggle area during certain times of the day.
The Monarch Butterfly is special in America, large with a vast domain; Their wings are a most vivid tawny-orange and a beautiful contrasting deep black vein. Instinct directs their destination to Pensacola's way station treasure providing nourishing rest along white sugar sandy beaches and emerald waters. This American city is proud of her heritage, the City of Five Flags is how she is known; providing a tie that binds or hospitality to those that roam.
We've called this butterfly Penny, to symbolize Pensacola's first explorers seeking treasures.
