We have the Function Room reserved for us - this is on the first floor, through the restaurant, and towards the back of the pub. It was a bit of a squeeze last year, so arrive early if you want a table! Menus can be found on the Bridge Barn's website. They would like to know in advance how many of us will be eating, so please let me know in your logs.
I didn't manage to get the event on the calendar quite as early as last year, but that's no excuse! As before, apologies will only be accepted if accompanied by a doctor's note, a receipt for non-refundable airline tickets or a written invite to spend Christmas with Aunty Mabel in Axminster. 
I've just had another box of name badges delivered, so name badges for the first 50 to register...
These events are a great way to meet fellow cachers, share caching stories and even pick up a few hints for those infuriating puzzles ... as well as enjoying a glass or two! If you've never been to an event before, you'll be made very welcome, whether you are from Surrey or farther afield. There will also be the opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins.
The Surrey events are held on the fourth Thursday of every month ... with variations, such as this one! They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county.
