The purpose of this cache is to get you somewhere you might not normally go. This cache is at the end of the trail that goes up Snell Canyon. This is a strenuous but fun 3.5 mile hike up Snell Canyon. There is no FTF reward. Your reward is your surroundings once you get there. To the east you are looking down into Covered Bridge Canyon and up Spanish Fork Canyon and Highway 6. Enjoy the great views.
The trail up Snell Canyon begins at the top of the campground at the Spanish Fork Reservoir (next to the Gun Club). Park at the reservoir and walk up through the campground to the trail head.
The cache is a small plastic tube with a log. Bring a pen/pencil to sign the log. I forgot to take one with me. Sorry.
