We spend Christmas time in Les Trois Vallées. Needless to say, our intention is not just skiing, but also geocaching - and meeting other geocachers.
Our hotel is located in Le Bettaix, about 4 km off Les Menuires. There we'd like to meet up with you. We know, that beside ourselves there'll definitely be one other geocacher around. The big question: do any more find their way to Le Bettaix?

Depending on the weather we either meet at the snow bar in front of the hotel or at the bar inside.
What?
When being on winter holiday we spend our days skiing and geocaching. The problem is obvious: You need much snow for skiing, but when it comes to finding a cache, snow can trouble you a lot. Okay, if there are footprints guiding to the box, you're happy. But what if you're the first who searches for a cache after the last snowfall? Let's share our experiences!
We'll bring some candy from Bonn, where we live. You surely know the 6-letters-brand. Which sweet or salty snacks are typical for your region? We look forward to trying them all and hope for geocachers from Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) for "Printen", Nuremberg for gingerbread, Dresden for Christmas stollen, France for cheese and tartelettes :)
Last but not least: as it is just before Christmas we plan to raffle off a Christmas Coin.
