Why two dates? Different parts of the world use their date schemes differently. Some use MM-DD-YY and others use DD-MM-YY. We decided to celebrate this event twice! Really, it's just any excuse to get together and socialise.

What else? Well, the Jets aren't playing on this day BUT on Wednesdays, it's Wings and Ribs night at Tavern United!

The Manitoba December Coin

Ignore that it says 'International Verion', this is our colours of the Manitoba coin. The white in the outer ring is bare metal with no enamel and this December version will be a gold coin. The blue on the back represents December's birth stone, turquoise.
