Reason #1) Join the North Alabama / Southern Tennessee (NA/STy) Geocachers on a special date for their kinda-sorta monthly-ish gathering. We'll mix some great bar-be-que sauce with stories of geocaching adventures, drill friends to learn secrets to finding those pesky DNFs, share your vast knowledge of unique containers, and laugh a lot! Might even be some cheap (but adorable) door prizes!

Reason #2) I have a history of hosting a party on the First Saturday in November each year. Kinda sorta missed it this year, but part of that history is that not all of them have taken place on the First Saturday in November. At least one of them (this one, for example) was held ten days late. This event will now serve as the Twenty-Ninth Annual First Saturday in November Party. Over the years, my parties have evolved into game nights, so I will have a small collection of games to play in addition to the normal geochatter

Reason #3) A surprise party for a certain cacher. You'll simply have to attend to find out what for whom...
