Geocache Description:

At precisely 13:08 JST (local), Space-minded Geocachers in Okinawa are welcome to gather at our usual place to watch as a  Geocaching Travel Bug hitches a ride with astronaut Rick Mastracchio straight to the International Space Station.

Geocaching HQ will issue a Geocaching in Space souvenir to those who attend Event Caches during the launch.

We will attempt to follow the event live, over coffee, from our usual event location.

I know this is a Thursday afternoon; but, hey!  The launch window will close before the weekend!

Feel free to bring any space-related trackables or memorabilia to the event.
