Geocache Description:

Founded in 1986, the Oregon Association of Rowers (or OAR) has sought to further the sport of rowing throughout the Willamette Valley. OAR has programs for all ages and believes that anyone can learn to row. Each year they hold the Covered Bridge Regatta at Dexter Lake, attracting rowing clubs from around the Northwest.
