Salmon Creek was once the water source for the town of Oakridge, and you can still see the remnants of the pipes. Today, Salmon Creek Falls is known for its recreation and scenic beauty, especially the fall colors and spring wildflowers. The gorge-like rocky crest along the creek creates two small waterfalls along with several deep pools that reflect the clear blue green water.
