Cascais é, provavelmente, um dos locais mais conhecidos em Portugal. No entanto, a sua localização geográfica permite-nos desfrutar durante quase todo o ano.
A sua costa Oeste e Sul é delimitada pelo Oceano Atlântico. Mas esta última, que se estende até ao estuário do Rio Tejo, é mais abrigada permitindo assim quando as condições meteorológicas são mais desfavoráveis.
Recomendações para quem mergulha
Na ida para qualquer um destes locais certifique-se que cumpre com alguma exigências em termos de segurança dentro e fora de água.
Se possível vá acompanhado, é mais seguro e certamente mais divertido e no fim não se esqueça de nos contar como correu!!
Profundidade Máxima: 15 mts
Trata-se de um local sempre muito apreciado, pois estão quase sempre rodeados de vida. Sendo considerado pouco profundo a experiência é fundamental. Pode-se entrar pela abertura maior. Correntes são ocasionais e relativamente fracas.
A visibilidade média e a profundidade máxima de 15 metros
Cascais is probably one of the least known sites and sought after by lovers of diving in Portugal. However, its geographical location allows us to enjoy during almost all the year.
Their West Coast and South is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean. But the latter, which extends to the estuary of the river Tagus, is more sheltered thus allowing when weather conditions are more unfavourable.

On his way to any one of these sites make sure to comply with any requirements in terms of safety inside and outside water
If possible go accompanied, is safer and certainly more fun and in the end don't forget to tell us how it went!
Maximum depth: 15 mts
This is a dip always much appreciated, because divers are almost always surrounded by life. Being a dive considered shallow experience is essential. You can walk through the larger aperture. Occasional and relatively weak currents are. The average visibility and maximum depth of 15 meters, some people consider the dip in the Pedra Furada like the one in which there is more sea life regularly in Cascais.
