Remember if your new cache is rejected it’s simply because it doesn’t comply with geocaching guidelines,
not because the Reviewer doesn’t want you to place it.
They are not 'Lords of the Cache Placement' and they want to publish your cache so they can also go and find it!
There are currently 19 active Reviewers based in England, Scotland and Wales, and if you have picked up some on holiday that makes it even easier. Also remember older caches may have been published by those who are no longer Reviewing.

In your found log you will need to list the GC numbers, cache names, along with the reviewer’s names, any logs that do not may be deleted.
If you use a well known cache organizer (think of an Army Knife from Switzerland) then there is a macro to help your search, look for ReviewerChallenge. (I suggest you run it over night the first time you run it, if you have a large database of finds split it into smaller sections.)
The difficulty reflects the challenge of hunting through logs and traveling, the terrain reflects the location of the cache

You attempt this cache at your own risk
Park in the lay by and walk back to the bridge, look at the river. IF it is in full flow abandon your quest for another time.
Looking up stream, climb over the low wall to your left and make your way down. Cross the stream, if it is safe to do so. Carefully climb over the rocks under the first bridge and continue on till you under the second bridge where the cache is located on your left.
