Ever since completing the Female symbol a couple of years ago, I've wanted to place the Male symbol somewhere near it. So here it is.
This Geo-Art consists of 61 caches of differing sizes and difficulties, and is the brother to the Female symbol not but a few miles to the Southwest. The hike across this desert area will take you several hours to complete, and the distance travelled will be about 9 miles depending on route and where you parked. Although you may see dirt roads on your map, do not try and drive this area. It is off limits to all motorized vehicles. Please respect our BLM lands, and obey the signs. The area that encompasses this Geo-Art varies from dirt roads, bushwhacking, small dirt hills, river beds and medium elevation gains. Be very cautious in the river beds. It is prone to flash floods during the rainy season. I tried to limit the number of caches and times spend in the river bed. As always, bring plenty of water, sunscreen and shade for your head. This area is not used by many people, so depending on the time of day; you could see some wild life.
