Kapela je nastala 1903. godine u stilu historicizma i neogotike. Kapela je lijepe vanjštine i prekrasne unutrašnjosti - zidovi su oslikani, ukrašena je polustupićima i profilacijama, a na prozorima su krasni vitraji. Kapela se otvara jednom godišnje na blagdan sv. Ivana Nepomuka kada se tamo služi misa, a inače slobodno provirite kroz vrata i uživajte.
Zanimljivost vezana uz ovu kapelu je da je pripadala Prekopakri, naselju ponad Pakraca dok se nisu promijenile granice naselja i kapela je pripala Pakracu. Od tada i Prekopakrani za zaštitnicu štuju Blaženu Djevicu Mariju (prema župnoj crkvi Uznesenja BDM).

The chapel was built in 1903 in the neo-gothic style. Although outside is nice, inside is really beautiful - painted and decorated with demi and moldings and wonderful stained glass windows. Chapel opens once a year on St. John Nepomuk when there is a Holy Mass, but otherwise feel free to peek through the door and enjoy.
A curiosity is that it used to belong to Prekopakra, a small settlement above Pakrac until the boundaries changed and the chapel devolved to Pakrac. Since then Prekopakra also worships the Blessed Virgin Mary as its patron (the parish church is of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary).
