Welcome to my "Most Haunted" series! If you are into hunting ghosts, like me and my trusty Ovilus 3, then this is the series for you. This series lists my top ten (personal favorite!) haunted sites in the world. Some I have visited myself, others I am hoping to visit sometime in my life. I have chosen Waverly Hills as my number 1 favorite haunted site for various personal reasons. I am from the Hoosier state of Indiana, only 4 hours away from Waiverly Hills Sanitarium, which is considered the world's most haunted location....and Bobby Mackey's is in the same state, another of the world's scariest locations! People from that part of the states, therefore, are very keen on locale fokelore and spooky tales. Waverly Hills is mostly of historical significance, as it was the largest Tuberculosis sanitarium in the eastern US during the TB pandemic. It was also considered the most modern and high tech facility of its time. It is also praised for its gothic style architecture, and is one of my favorite historic buildings. The ghosts said to inhabit the Sanitarium differ greatly.
