There IS a cache at the coordinates given, but this is a challenge cache. You must complete the challenge before finding and logging this cache. Logs that do not qualify will be deleted.
The idea of this cache is to encourage people to visit neglected caches. Here's how:
1. Find caches neglected for 6 months. If you have found a cache which, before your find, had not been found (and logged online) in at least 6 months (183 days), that cache qualifies. Any type of cache is fine, and FTFs are fine - count the time since publication. DNFs, coordinate changes, maintenance etc, do not disqualify a cache - only the time between "Found" logs (or publication in the case of FTFs) counts. If you find in a group, the entire group can qualify, as long as the finds are all logged on the same day. Obviously you cannot find your own caches or re-find a cache you've already found before. Finding this challenge cache can be used as one of your caches as long as it follows the rules.
2. Collect five years worth of neglected caches. For each cache which qualifies, add up the number of days between your find and the previous find. Add them together for all your qualifying caches. When this total is more than 5 years (1826 days), you qualify to find and log this challenge cache!
3. Find this cache! To claim the find you must provide a listing of your qualifying caches. Any other comments or caching memories are welcome of course.
