Welcome to another Celistial Bar in the Dark, this time we will be visiting Tartarus, which is below Gaia, where you will face the place were Souls are judged after death, and where the wicked received punishment
To enter Tartus, you are advised that Wellington's are the best footware, Head protection is suggested, along with a Good torch, a back up torch, and spare batteries for both.
You have been warned.
And now for the nitty details. First the Terrain is totally correct, the warning about the needed equipment is correct. Please bring the requested equipment for your own safety, If you don't mind wet feet, ignore th wellies. If it is utterly pouring, you'll possibly end up with flooded wellies, so ignore them dependant on the weather.
Difficulty well that is genuine as well, because the Coordinates take you to the gates of the Playing Field in Glyn Ceriog. All cars will be parked up in the Village, the reasoning will become clear in a minute.
we all need to be at the Meeting Point for 10:00 hrs on the 5th October 2013 [then is 10am for those not used to the 24 hour clock system].
At the meeting point, we will arrange for another 3 cars along with mine, to act as shuttle buses, to our FUP-Form Up Point. This is due to the fact, the the FUP, is down a Single Track Lane, terminating in a Gateway, with barely just enough room to squeeze 4 Parked Cars, without blocking the Track
Because of this point, to insure that the only the 4 Shuttle cars, access the FUP, the location will not be revealed, except to the other 3 drivers. The Shuttle will be run, exactly the same to get everyone back to Glyn Ceriog. With everyone asked to sign a log in/out sheet. To insure that no one is left behind in either direction.
Once everyone is at the FUP, which will hopefully be no later than 11:00 hrs. Charon the Guide to Tartarus, will take us to the entrance to the underworld. Here everyone entering, will again Log In, this is so we know who has gone in and who has come out. So that we can leave Tartarus, behind us, knowing we have not left any Evil Person behind to be Judged on their deeds.
Once signed in, Charon will lead us in, on our quest for the GeoGrail. Once we have completed our Quest, Charon, will safely lead us out of Tartarus, and back into daylight.
Please Note, Dogs are welcome to attend, however it must be understood, that someone must remain outside of Tartarus with them. As the Underworld is not suitable for Geocannines.
The same with young children and babies
As usual, all who attend, be that entering Tartarus, or staying out of the Underworld, will Receive a Celestial Bar, and a Certificate of Attendance
Once again I hope that Sir Steve-Harveyjj, will produce a Profile badge for this event. However, it will be suggested that Sir Steve, does not design it, until after he has come out of Tartarus, to get the best design possible.
Once again to make it clear, we all meet at the posted Coordinates, at 10:00 hrs on the 5-10-2013. After Everyone has logged In. Everyone will then be shuttled to a undisclosed Form Up Point. From which we will make our way to Tartarus. Where once again, those descending into the Underworld will log In, we will then enter in search of the GeoGrail. On Finding it, and returning to the surface, everyone, will Log Out of Tartarus. We will then make our way back to the FUP, and everyone on Signing out, will be shuttled back to Glyn Ceriog.
