Slēpnis ir veltīts mazai pilsētiņai Asūnei. Pats kečs atrodas vecajās dzirnavās pie strautiņa. Atrodas uz mazas platformas starp pirmo un otro stāvu, skatoties uz strauta pusi pa labi.

Asūne (arī Osiuns; latgaliešu: Osyuns)^[1] ir ciems Dagdas novada Asūnes pagastā, pagasta centrs. Izvietojies pagasta vidusdaļā Asūnīcas krastos ziemeļos no Lielā Asūnes ezera 10 km no novada centra Dagdas un 277 km no Rīgas.

Apdzīvotā vieta izaugusi padomju gados kā ciema padomes un kolhoza «Putj Ļeņina» ciemats.^[2] Asūnē atrodas pagasta pārvalde, pamatskola, tautas nams, bibliotēka, aptieka, feldšeru un vecmāšu punkts, veikals, katoļu baznīca. IerīkotaKonstantīna Raudives piemiņas istaba.
