The winter of 2012 - 2013 was long and gray. We (Teamajk, DeltaDelta1 and Yurtles ) coped with the early winter of 2013 by turning our backs on it. Solving puzzle caches was a good way to keep warm and dry and entertained. Cache puzzles posed by sujojeepers and mcdurr in California and Bumble! in Massachusetts were particularly challenging and educational. Once you find the cipher to use from the list, look at the example which will help you solve the puzzle. The keywords in the example are not the same for this puzzle. You might be able to decrypt the cipher text before you get the keywords, which are one word keywords.
