Reņķa dārzs ir centrālā kultūras pasākumu norises vieta Ventspilī vasaras sezonā, kur regulāri notiek zaļumballes, vasaras koncerti un festivāli. Šeit ir uzstājušās pat ārvalstu populārās mūzikas zvaigznes kā F. R. David, Saragossa Band un grupa „Ottawan”. Reņķa dārzā ir izvietoti arī vairāki savdabīgi vides objekti. Parkā draiskojas Mākoņaitiņas – 10 auni un jēriņi (autors Ģ. Burvis). Koka skulptūru grupā Dārza zvēriņi pastaigājas govis, kaķis un sienāzis (autors A. Dzērve). Bet lielā, 4 m augstā Muša (autors U. Kurzemnieks) nelido prom un ļauj bērniem kāpelēt pa savām daudzajām kājām. Reņķa dārzā milzu zābaku, cepuri, atslēgu saišķi, pogas un vilnas diegu kamolu pazaudējis milzis Lutausis (autore I. Berga), kā arī iedzīvojies liels Bruņurupucis (autors V. Suškēvičs). Netālu ganās Jūras govis, kas labi sadzīvo ar Krabju krabi un Kamolu. Reņķa dārza dīķis ar peldošo strūklaku un atpūtas soliņiem pie tā kļuvis par patīkamu vietu, kur atvilkt elpu un atpūtināt kājas. 2008. gadā Reņķa dārzā paredzēts ierīkot fitnesa iekārtas vingrošanai brīvā dabā.

Here have performed such foreign popular music stars as F.R.David and band „Ottawan”. In the Reņķa Garden you will find some curious samples of site-specific art: the 10 frolicking rams and lambs of the Cloud Sheeps by Ģ.Burvis; the wood sculptured cow, cat and grasshopper of the Garden Animals by A.Dzērve, all having an outing in the open; and the huge four metre high Fly by U.Kurzemnieks staying put and allowing children to climb his multiple legs. In Reņķa Garden, a fairy tale personage giant Lutausis left his gigantic boot, hat, bunch of keys and buttons here (author I. Berga), as well as a big turtle (author V. Suškēvičs) found his home here. Near are grazing Sea Cows, who nicely get on with The Crab and The Clew. The pond of the Reņķa Garden with floating fountain and benches have become a pleasureable place where to take a rest. In 2008 there is planned to establish fitness equipments for open air gymnastics in the Reņķa Garden. With regular open air dances and concerts, Reņķa Garden is the central venue in Ventspils for summertime events.
