This is a two-stage puzzle cache. You can find the first stage at:

After this cache was initially published, I realized that I had overlooked the fact that the puzzle could be solved immediately with an online cryptogram solver. So I have changed the puzzle. You're going to have to do the time warp over and over and over again, throughout each word.

The second stage is just a short drive from the first.

Let's see how many folks catch on to the joke in the hide locations.
